	$4.95 per month for additional U.S. numbers
	$4.95 per month for a toll free number; 100 minutes of incoming calls included
	$10.00 per month for International numbers
	500 outgoing business fax minutes include U.S. and Canada. After the 500 minutes are exceeded, U.S. and Canada rate per minute is $.03 and all international rates per minute are outlined in the international rate table to the left.

*US calling includes AK, HI, PR, USVI and phone calls to cellular phones.

The customer may change their subscription plan to any available service option at any time. Service change fees may apply.
