Optional Charges:

$4.95 per month for additional U.S. phone numbers
$1.49 per Directory assistance call
$5.00 per month for Canadian phone numbers
$10.00 per month for International phone numbers
$9.95 per month for Lingo Mobile (free for the first month)

A disconnect fee of $24.95 will apply for cancellation before the expiration of the one year agreement. If you cancel after the 30-day money back guarantee period and within one year of your activation date, you will be charged a rebate recovery fee for the rebated amount initially provided to you for the equipment, activation, shipping, and any discounted month(s) subscription charges. This rebate recovery fee will not exceed $75. If you cancel within the money back guarantee period you must return the equipment.
