Call Waiting

Don't miss an incoming call - even if you're already on the phone!

Lingo Call Waiting lets you to take an incoming phone call while you're already on the phone. This feature places your first call on hold while you answer the second incoming phone call.

How? Say you are on the phone and a second call comes in. You hear a beep, letting you know there's another call. Simply press the flash button, your first call is put on hold, and you take the second call. Finished talking to the second caller? Press the flash button again and you're right back where you started with the first caller. Calls that you do not answer go to Lingo's voicemail.

Lingo's VoIP phone service even has Caller ID for Call Waiting so you'll know who is calling before you decide to answer. You can also use this feature to put a call on hold. Just press the flash button once to put the call on hold and press the flash button again to return to the call.

Don't want Call Waiting to disrupt an important call? You can easily turn call waiting on or off for all calls through Lingo's online account management or turn it off for a single call using a star (*) code from your Lingo phone.
